Auguste Hippolyte Collard was a 19th century French photographer. During the Second French Empire, at the time of the reign of Napoleon III, Auguste Hippolyte Collard worked under the Ministry of Agriculture, Commerce and Public Works, documenting civil engineering projects throughout France, including working alongside Édouard Baldus recording the expansion of the French railways.
