Imelda Marcos, 84, former First Lady and widow of Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos, in her apartment, Manila, Philippines, 2014. Referred to as half of a "conjugal dictatorship," she and her husband were exiled in 1986, accused of stealing between $5 and $10 billion from their country. She returned in 1991 and is now a congresswoman. Her art collection includes works by Picasso, Pissarro, and Gauguin.
